Sandeep has rich experience of more than two decades in the litigation and advisory in the
areas of Tax, Arbitration, and various corporate laws.
Being a litigator, Sandeep has successfully argued the matters before the High Court, Tax &
Arbitration Tribunal, Labour Law Tribunal, apart from representing before various Tax
Authorities. He is also involved in various matters successfully litigated before the Supreme
Court.
Over the years, Sandeep managed large portfolio of the clients and advised them on
complicated issues related to tax laws and regulations and also provided strategy roadmap or
solutions in respect of structuring, tax planning, and litigation.
Sandeep has been involved in resolving issues in respect of various cross-border transactions
and advising clients on optimizing tax structure. He has anchored various projects of GST
Implementation, Due Diligence, Risk Assessment, Tax Compliance, Supply Chain Reviews,
etc. He has played a critical role in various business structuring and contract structuring
transactions including joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions.
Sandeep has in-depth understanding in the field of Automobile, E-Commerce, Agri-
Chemical, Engineering, Information Technology, Banking and Financial & Pharma sectors
and has been involved in handling recent tax controversies impacting these sectors.
He has expertise in providing handholding support to the clients during complex tax
investigations and litigation.
Sandeep is a regular speaker at various Forums like Institute of Chartered Accountants, CII,
ASSOCHAM and Chamber of Commerce.
